How to start the PADI Master Freediver Course

To enrol on our Master Freediver training program you must be an Advanced Freediver with a valid EFR certificate and be 18 years of age.

Master freediver starts with completion of the registration form and a medical questionnaire followed by extensive theory including physics and physiology.

Safety & Comfort

Our Master Freediver program takes up to 21 days to complete and the training can be flexible as long as the requirements are met and performed with comfort and safely.

Our expert Freediving instructor trainer will work with you to ensure you meet all the performance requirements for successful completion of the course.

Included in the PADI Master Freediver Course

Our Master Freediver course is an extended program of training that goes much further into the details of many techniques used while freediving.

Extensive training will cover the mouth fill equalisation technique, a unique breathing mechanism used for deep diving.

You will have the opportunity to practice free fall positioning and have additional theory sessions on the physiology and physics of freediving.

Improve Breath Hold

Our experienced instructor will work with you to help improve your breath-hold times as we aim for 3:30 minutes in Static Apnea and 70 metres in Dynamic Apnea.

Over the duration of the course, you will practice Dynamic No Fins (DNF) and constant weight No Fins (CNF) to take your level of knowledge and skills to a much higher level.

Planning your training as a PADI Master Freediver

An important part of freediving is understanding how to plan your training, knowing your limits and introducing a regular routine for training in a safe way.

Our Master Freediver course covers extensive theory in planning for training sessions including relaxation, stretching, meditation and Yoga skills.

As a Master Freediver, you will freedive deeper in Open Water and with it comes the additional responsibility of safety considerations that are central throughout our training programs.
